    Our program runs in limited intake periods to ensure quality mentorship. Each participant is paired with a senior Gloss artist and will follow a structured schedule that includes:

    Orientation & salon culture briefing

    Shadowing and assisting real appointments

    Practical skill sessions

    End-of-program feedback & development notes
