With correct aftercare, your extensions can stay on your natural lash until it falls out with its natural growth cycle, just like your hair. You may still have extensions attached at the 4-6 week mark but due to natural shedding, they will look grown out and uneven.

Your natural lashes shed in cycles, which means your extensions will too. To maintain a full, polished look, we recommend booking infills every 2–4 weeks.

Most clients return every 2–3 weeks to keep their lashes looking balanced and full.

If you love a freshly done look at all times, you may prefer closer to 2 weeks. If you prefer a softer grow-out, 3 weeks works beautifully.

For the first 24 hours:
• Avoid steam, oil, salty water and excessive moisture.

Ongoing:
• Clean lashes gently with a lash-safe cleanser daily

• Avoid picking or pulling

You can use extension-safe mascara if desired (though most clients find they don’t need it).

We recommend extension safe mascara from Poni which we stock in salon for $35.

Waterproof mascara is bad for extensions as it is hard to remove.

New full sets typically take 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the style chosen.

Infills take approximately 45–75 minutes.
